Each deal will be unique and have a set price should you decide to purchase it (you deserve it).
Is my confidential information secure with RDeals.ca?
Yes, we've created a safe environment for online purchases. We won't store your credit card information, and we always transmit your payment information via encrypted protocols known as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
How long is each RDeal available?
Most RDeals are available for a maximum of one to two weeks. Please look at each individual deal page for details on availability. Note that deals are available in limited quantities, and may sell out before the time allotted (hint: grab what you want, when you see it!).
Do a certain number of people have to select the deal for it to become available?
Nope. You can access any deal until it sells out.

How do I select today's RDeal?
Go to the deal page and click the big red "BUY" button.
Fill in your payment information and RDeals will send you a voucher via email. Remember, each deal is only available for a limited time and in limited quantities, so make your purchase before it sells out.
You can purchase a voucher by credit card. We accept AMEX, Visa and Mastercard.
How do I redeem a deal from RDeals.ca?
Once your payment is processed, you will be sent a voucher. Print it out and make note of the instructions. Please contact RDeals.ca customer service if you have any questions.
What if I cannot find my voucher?
Log into your account and all the vouchers you have purchased will be available. Can't find what you're looking for? Contact RDeals.ca customer service to Contact Us, and we will re-send the voucher information.
How will this purchase appear on my credit card statement?
If you purchase a voucher, your credit card statement will show "RDeals.ca" as the merchant. It will also include a toll-free number in case you have any billing questions (RDeals.ca is here for you).
Are taxes included when I purchase a voucher?
If taxes are included in the purchase price, this will be made clear on the deal landing page. If not mentioned, taxes are not included.

Absolutely (you're very thoughtful).
Please click on the "Give as a Gift" link and fill in the appropriate information. Your friend will receive an email with the voucher (and hopefully you receive a thank-you). Make note of any redemption details relating to the particular deal.
What is RDeals.ca's refund policy?
If you haven't redeemed your voucher, and you would like a refund, please contact RDeals.ca customer service within 30 days of purchase.
If you have already redeemed your voucher, and your question relates to the specific product or experience, please contact the merchant. If the merchant is not able to help you with your question please contact us at 1-888-396-3279.
What if I have a problem redeeming a voucher?

No, unless the voucher states otherwise (sorry!).
What if a voucher has expired?
Please make note of any redemption details regarding a particular voucher's expiration. Once a voucher reaches its expiration date, it no longer has its full promotional value, but can be redeemed at the price and/or for the length of time required by the laws in your province.
